Kall 'em Krazy Kids

Well, the kids are not mentally krazy but they were krazy and all hyped up (well, mostly) during the Soccer Clinic conducted by RPWST. After the one and a half hour session ended, one of them asked what is the usual size of the field in a normal game play and how big is a normal goal post! The kids are aged 7 - 12 years old but hey, they are getting curious about soccer at their age which is good!

The mixture of boys and girls learned the basics from their coaches this evening, ranging from stopping the ball to heading the ball. At the end of their first session, they played 2 halves of 3 minute game with each trying very hard to get a touch of the ball with their feet. Needless to say, they had a jolly good time!

Not too bad for their first lesson and all of them definitely behaved better than the RPWST when they rehearsed their session (days before the clinic) and acted as a handful of kids to test the 'coaches' (We must say that alot of energy was used in the act). The kids learnt alot and when they were asked what they learnt in post-session 1, one of them proudly said the most dangerous move in soccer, "Slidekick!".

Kids being kids...
